Welcome back to Boca Raton for the second annual Showcase.

Last year we brought together residents, fellows, faculty, and industry for the first time, and the energy in the wet labs and the hallway conversations told us we were onto something. This year we've grown the faculty, deepened the program, and there's more of everything that worked.

Knowing how to operate is only half the job. The other half — choosing a practice, reading a contract, running a team, building a name — never shows up on a rotation schedule. That gap between residency and whatever comes next is exactly why we started this. These next three days are built to close it, with real hands-on time, straight talk about careers, and people who have been where you are and figured it out.

The Legacy Course

The Legacy Course brings the Ophthalpreneurs philosophy to Eyeprentice. Medical training teaches you how to operate, but almost no one teaches you how to run the practice you will one day own or lead — contracts, finances, hiring, patient experience, and building a name people recognize.

Across a full day, operators, advisors, and founders who have built real practices walk fellows through the parts of a career that clinical training leaves out — from reading a practice's finances to signing your first contract, protecting against burnout, and making yourself findable.
