How to Request Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Eyeprentice 2026 event app account and its associated data at any time. To request deletion:

• Send an email to info@eyeprentice.com from the email address on your profile, with the subject line "Delete my Eyeprentice app account."
• Include your full name so we can locate your record.
• We will confirm your request by replying to that same email address before removing your account.

What Happens Next

We verify the request against the email address on the account and then delete your profile. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of receiving your request and will confirm by email once it is done.

What Data Is Deleted

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove the personal information stored for your app profile, including:

• Your name, email address, and role.
• Optional profile details: practice or organization, title, city, bio, professional interests, LinkedIn link, and profile photo.
• Any active sign-in sessions and pending email verification codes associated with your account.

What Data May Be Retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where required for legitimate business or legal reasons — for example, records needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes and is then deleted or de-identified. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
